DIY Stranger Things Christmas Card

DIY Stranger Things Christmas Card.

Hands up if like me you became obsessed with Stranger Things this year? I don’t know about you but I can’t look at a fairy light in the same way now!

I found these super cute tiny Fairy lights recently and they just screamed Stranger Things Card at me! So ere it is,  The Christmas card that’s perfect for the Stranger Things fan in your life!

Inspired by Joyce’s Alphabet wall!

You will need:

  • An A5 Plain card
  • Mini Fairy Lights (Like These!)
  • A Black Sharpie
  • Fine Liner Pen
  • Glue Gun
  • Print out of floral wallpaper (Try This!)
  • Scissors
  • Pritt Stick

Step One:

Print out a piece of floral paper, that looks similar to Joyce’s wallpaper. The stick it onto the front of your card. Cut off any excess.

Step two:

Cut three lengths of Fairy lights around 5 bulbs long, then glue the two end bulbs of each string to the card with the glue gun.

Be sure to space them evenly.

Step three:

Write each letter of Merry Christmas under the bulbs in fine liner. The messier the better- The woman was in absolute despair to be drawing on her own walls!

Step Four:

Go over each letter to make it look like thick paint, then us the fine liner to add little drips of paint to some of the letters.

There you have it, a card any Stranger Things Fans will totally get! Not sure you can send post to the upside down though.
